Q: Are you insured and bonded, and can you provide me with a copy?

A: Yes, we are insured and bonded. This is usually one item that most customers assume, but is not always the case for a large number of companies out there. Always ask this question and ask to see a copy, don’t just take their word.

Q: How much damage will the project do to my yard and landscaping?

A: Majority of or projects are not new construction jobsites. This means, we are very conscious of the homeowner’s property and the mess that comes from home improvement projects. Our Crews have an understanding that jobsites will be kept clean and caution will be taken while working around plants and other landscaping.

Q: Is there a time of year that is better for installing siding or windows?

A: No, siding can be installed any time of the year. The issue to remember is that siding expands and contracts. The company you choose should have installers that know how to install the siding to allow for season change.

Q: How long will an average siding project take?

A: An average house will take7-10 days, of course if we have good weather.

Q: How long will an average window project take?

A: The longest part of a window project is getting the windows made. Since all window projects involve custom made windows, it usually takes two weeks to get the windows to us, and then we schedule installation shortly after. The actual installation of the windows averages 1-2 days.
